Do not buy from this company!!! What a scam! My wife ordered a knee brace. They are not cheap. $138.00. Once you order it, it is then that you realize that it comes from China, which takes way longer than you expect when you order it. They are good about emailing you telling you where the brace is and when if will arrive. It came a day later than they said it would. The brace arrived in a severely damaged box. The brace seemed ok. My wife tried it on and found it to be extremely heavy and it actually hurt her knee. So, she decided to send it back. On their website, www.orthomen.com it says that you have 60 days from the time you receive it to return it. Good luck with that!!! She Their return process is very specific: they tell you to email [email protected], put "Request a Return Authorization #" in the subject line and then give the item number, how many your ordered as well as the reason for your return. You cannot return it without a Return Authorization # from them. They say they will get back to you in two days. So, not true!!! My wife has sent 5 requests so far for a Return Authorization number and they never respond. She went on their website and the number there doesn't work. You click on where it says start return process and that doesn't work either. We paid for the knee brace via Paypal and have now opened up a complaint in their Resolution Center because we can get no resolve through Orthomen. So disappointed!!! What a scam!
