I purchased 2 foot braces that do not work. I tried to email them at 2 addresses, no response. I tried to call both the California and Canadian phone numbers listed on their "contact" info, neither phone works. Product came, but came from China. Their 60-day no questions asked money back guarantee is a sham, since you cannot reach them by phone or email. I should have looked up the company name to see all the other complaints about this company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!
