Join online business,then send me link for hosting at Brainhost,
went thru there sale pitch,they suppose to give you a choice of what plan you want,anywhere from month to month to 2yrs plus. I thought
I pick 6month of hosting for 53.70,and then pick to go green for another 11.97 total $65.67 so I thought. Went thru there whole sale pitch,for money,got to the last page which is confirm page,low and behold,I was being charge for over $200! I try to go back to the 1st page,most real companies will let you do that! Not this ripoff company! Call them no one pick up,ok it was after 1am NYC time,but they claim 24/7 support,try to get intouch with them by chat host,waited no one came to the chatline. Call them today,no one pick up,got a recording ,everyone is busy etc. After waiting 5mins. hung-up. Email them. Heard Nothing back from them. Will call them one more time tomorrow,then I will call my bank,also I will see if I can report them to AG office where they are and see if I report them to them.

Hi Eric,
I meant to do this before. I did call your company the next day,I talk to csr,by the name of Mary-Jo,she told me every would be taken care,my my money would be refund with in 3-5 days which it were.($135.00) Whatever the problem your company has with the softwear they should get it fix,
1)I never click on the last page(to confirm.) Most other company's
if you don't click that you don't get charge. 2)Iam almost certain that when I click on the dropdown(99pct sure) menu I click on the 6month package. You can tell most of the complains are from overcharges,that should tell you something might be wrong with your softwear. Because of happen with me,am not sold on your company. I will see how it goes the next 6months. -
