After receiving trial products, I immediately notified skinglowonline at 1-877-581-5878, 1-855-275-9960, 1-855-334-5864 and 1-844-668-2850 that I did not want automatic shipment but they kept on sending products and charged my credit card. At first, a message said that my account has been cancelled but when I talked to an agent, I realized that my account was not cancelled. They offered 50% refund which I did not accept, I had to fight hard to have an agreement for full refund. I have not authorized any charge to my credit card after the trial offer and will never order from them ever.
