Back in the fall, I ordered a "free" sample of a product. The company said I only had to pay small shipping chg. Once they got my credit card #, they've been billing me approx. $380 cdn for the past few months. When I attempt to call tel # on my bill , I get a recording that tells me for live help dial 0. When I do so, I automatically get disconnected! I've spoken with my bank several times but they say they can't w/o chgs --- skinglow has to do it. Help!! Where do I go from here???
