I did not authorize a monthly change to my credit card. I only authorized the shipping charges. When I cancelled within the 14days trial period according to their website is from the day the product was received and signed for. When I called for a refund, I was informed that the trial period starts from the day I order the product. This is a scam. I did not received the product after 5 days and it did not do what is was claimed to do. The company head office is in India. The customer service person contradicted himself twice. Claiming the trial period starts on on the delivery date and signed for.
