Reservation Desk's phone number was somehow in my Google search for the hotel I was looking to stay at. There was no indication of this being RD's number as the hotel website listed Reservation Desk phone instead of their own. Told me my credit card was bad. Quoted me a $249.25 price for two rooms but had to book it under seperate reservation. Came out to be $263.15. Hung up on twice when tried to talk to supervisor Tracy's boss. Lied to me and said these were the last two rroms available at the hotel.
This company is phishing online for business and scamming people into believing their ARE THE HOTEL itself through the nature of their voicemail system. This is FRAUD.
