I ordered these for Christmas gifts but never received them. I emailed the company(?) and got a reply from "Jill" she asked if I wanted them refunded and cancelled. I replied yes and then in the next email said they were already shipped. These 2 emails were over a 24hr period. After receiving the email that said they were shipped I sent a reply saying it sounds like BS to me (and I did use those letters). No response I am not letting this go!!!
