I ordered the Banshee (buy 2 get 1 free) on May 15, 2017 and also ordered 1 pack of batteries. The Banshees were $54.95 and the batteries were $9.99. On May 16, 2017 these items were charged to my credit card account. I have emailed them several times and requested acknowledgement of my purchase and gave them the receipt numbers for the items. I have never heard from them
