I purchased a product from "thedealempire" on October 25,2016 for $44.85. Today is December 17, 2016 and the product have not been received. I have tried calling and finally chatted with someone on the internet and they cut off our chat and I can get a hold of anyone. I have checking tracking information and was given the information that it was attempted 44 days ago. Not true. During the holiday's it's said a company is scamming people put of their money and product. I would like my money refunded or the product. It should be illegal for this to happen.
