Was directed to this site (AnswerBy.com)by Acer Support Page, I lost my windows 8.1 version when Windows 10 upgrade was applied. having issues with windows 10, I wanted to revert it back to windows 8 factory reset.
Technician made couple of remote access to my PC, end result no resolution to solve the issue, there are totally incompetent to understand what are technical issues, wasted almost 3 hours . Extremely bad experience for 2016,
Please Acer have your own tech teams, don't outsource to some third party companies that are technically incompetent and ripping out consumers and giving bad name to your company
