I have been waiting for two months for my refund of $99.95 for the wrinkle reducer. I have contacted this company seven time by phone and each time they tell me that I should receive my refund within 5 to 7 days and it has been escalated and they would e-mail me or phone me by a manager the next day. Never received any response. My call on 12/12/16 said that my refund was in progress and I should receive it by 12-15th. Never received it so I called again today 12/17/16 and was told that I should receive refund by 12/27/16. That is another 10 days. I feel that I have a definite complaint and would like to hear from you regarding what steps that I should take from here on in.
