I placed an order form their site worth over $800. The order arrived but it was the wrong shoes, wrong size, brand, style and colours. I contacted them. The asked me to return the shoes to the above address and show proof of postage (for a postage refund). I did return the shoes and sent proof of postage. They promised me a refund and said the money would be in my account in a few days. Its now been three months and numerous emails to them asking for my refund. They stopped replying to my over a months ago, but they did up til then keep telling me the money will be in my account in a few days. I still have nothing from them and no replies from them. The say they reply immediately and pride themselves on customer service, yet it sucks. I have tried contacting numerous agencies about them, but nobody responds. I need my money back or get the correct shoes and stuff i ordered. Im desperate to get the money back. Its a shame this company doest have a Facebook or social media site i can bag them out on. please help me.
