By reading the stories of the 3 victims scammed by this company, I don't see much hope in getting my refund back, I placed a order for two expensive "Ed Hardy" Boots that I always wanted and dreamed about on January 17, 2017. The website looked legitimate and it raves about how Customer Satisfaction is their #1 priority, and the fact that they even had any Ed Hardy products in your size is a dream come true! Very enticing, Too good to be true as what fate was ahead of me...You just can't find them anymore anywhere..So, I placed my order with such enthusiasm, I couldn't wait to get them!...I noticed right away that I never got a email receipt of my proof of purchase which was the first red flag, The second red flag was, I charged them on my PayPal MasterCard and it didn't show the transaction in my summary, I had to log onto my Bank card to see the transaction ID and amount, They overcharged me by a huge amount from what was charged on the website, I was livid and emailed them several times with no response so I filed a dispute for the over charge, Weeks later, I received a automated email that they have lost my order, I sent several emails stating I wanted to cancel the order and want a full refund back on my card, Their broken English email back to me said, I would get my items any day now, finally after a couple weeks I got a card in the mail stating I had to pick up and sign for a package at the post office, I went to retrieve it and just by looking at the small box brought to me, I could just tell something wasn't right, so I signed and took it anyway, I opened it in the car and I was completely appalled what was in it. There were two plain colored cheap tiny boots thrown in a torn up box that looked like they would barely fit a child not even close to what I ordered,They were anything but "Ed Hardy Boots"! I thought WOW!...The jokes on me!..I have been completely fleeced and scammed, I called my bank card to file a full dispute with this racket!...I really don't understand how this website hasn't been tagged yet for criminal activity!...How are they getting away with it?..I wrote them telling them I have disputed the transaction and I want a address to send back the junk they sent me but I haven't heard anything back yet, If there is anyone out there that can advise me how to get my money back from these scammers, Please let me know..My bank card hasn't really helped me much with any information so far.
