I ordered a specific pair of shoes from the on line store in a size 11. I received a completely different pair of shoes in size 6.5 and have been trying to get these people to refund me ever since. Sometimes they respond and tell me they are processing the refund but most of the time they do not respond st all. I will never ever order anything Ed Hardy again. Totally rip off.
