We rented a "clean" apt. thru AirBnB. Upon arrival the smell and condition of the rental made it unusable. Despite photos sent to AirBnB, they would not refund our money even though we we forced to spend those three nights in a local hotel. They claim it just wasn't possible because the home owner is considered a "super host". Cindy Chen claimed her home was clean, but the human urine, mold and filth was impossible to ignore. We tried to resolve through AirBnB, but they side with the home owner. We have had many pleasant experiences with AirBnB, but will now reconsider using them ever again.
