I reserved a unit in Paris in a central location and arranged ALL of our travel plans around this location. Yesterday exactly 19 days before our travel they cancelled. No apology, no explanation, just a offer of a 47.00 credit if I re-book with them. Now I have looked for other similar accommodations and will need to spend significantly more. If I cancelled this late they would have taken my entire payment of 490.00.
