I rented to a guest a little over a month ago who made things up to complain about to Flipkey in order to get her rent reduced. Because of this they blocked the rent payment to me and suspended my account. I've called their customer service department approximately 10X to get this resolved to no avail. Three representatives told me they would investigate and call back but never did. Another lady told me she would send me an email to respond to but never did. They won't let me stay on hold while they research. I have a guests checking in 3 days from now whom I'm not able to get ahold of to give the address, lock box for key, etc. because I'm locked out of my account and they won't do anything about that either. So another $1468 will be lost. Not to mention any potential bookings I may have had while my account has been shut down the past month.
