You book through this company thinking you will have a dream vacation. I filed a dispute regarding a very late check in and want to be compensated for waiting to get into my rental.
They totally denied the claim. It looks like they side with the owners of the rentals. What about us? Without us, your sellers would have no renters. Flip Key did nothing to find a happy medium, didn't ask for any proof or anything. I am now disputing with PayPal. Hopefully I can get some type of response that pleases me and dings this owner for poor service.
