I bought a knee brace from them with a 100% money back guarantee if returned within 60 days of purchase. A returned Goods Authorization is required and I filled out the online form and submitted it. They acknowledged receipt of it and would issue a RGA # within 1-3 business days. I has been a couple of weeks now and no correspondence from them. I tried calling the California phone number and it could not be completed as dialed, the number is an Arizona prefix. I sent an email to the contact listed in Germany and no reply. Do not buy from this company.
