This company contacted me when I opened up my laptop and a warning screen came up and told me My computer Ip address was stolen and I should call this number immediately.

The tech informed me that he was a company that worked with google and that my computer was hacked by some Russian group .

To fix this, he would have to interact with my computer to solve the problem. So I let him, and he said he found malware and a Trojan virus and explained what each virus did. He said he needed $399 .99to fix this and a extra $100 for a tech fee.

I used my credit card to pay it.

I talked to a friend the next day ,and he said that he thinks I was scammed and to look up the company. So I did and found out that I wasn't the only one who fell for this.

I took my computer in to someone that I trust and got it checked out and made sure this company didn't plant any kind of virus in my computer.

Luckly I was able to dispute this charge on my credit card and It was refunded.

Update: 08/13/2016

By the way there was nothing wrong with my computer, they fixed absolutely nothing.
