On 2/28/18 I received a call from Eric Bana Ext 1009 stating my computer was infected will viruses stating their company can remove all viruses for $396.99 and will be covered for 5yrs. On 11/26/18 I spoke with William Brown ext 417 and ID # 68417 stating my computer and port on my ip address are infected again and their company can removed them for 1st he said $1000 and then said $500. This all sounds like a scam and I want a full refund of $396.99 I paid on 2/28/2018. I also tried calling several # on the certified support and all the # states not in service
