I made a purchase on boo-hoo.com for $89 and when the clothing arrived everything was poor quality so I decided to return all of it. I put the return sticker on it and put it right back in my mailbox like you would for any other clothing company. I have never been emailed that they received it and I keep inquiring about it and they want to see a receipt of postage. It's been well over a month since I returned it and they still claim they don't have it however if you search the reviews online you will see that this is something they do all the time to people. If a company offers free returns and a sticker shouldn't there be some way to find it other than the customer having to pay for their own tracking number? I mean this works out great for them because they don't have to prove that they ever received it back so they get to keep the merchandise plus not refund the customers money. And I guess there's no way to prove it so they keep doing it to people, but enough people are starting to speak out on reviews that it's becoming obvious what they're doing, and this needs to be researched. I tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau but it wouldn't work, but I'm going to keep trying. I wish I would've read the reviews before I had purchased.
