Received a message from Lesley Owens with the Department of Labor Affairs stating that a legal enforcement action would be taken action against my name. The caller advised me to have my retained attorney call back for me. The caller wanted me to take action now so that it wouldn't end up a "legal mess" for me. Funny, at the end the message ends with 'Have a blessed day'.
I got rattled but then realized that I was not in a legal fight. I did not have any certified mail delivered to my house. I don't employ anyone. I did not have my HR department contact me about anything. There is the US Department of Labor and not the Department of Labor Affairs. The phone is registered to John Bergin. Who is that? SCAM!!!!
