I placed an order with Boohoo on the 10/01/2014 who promised free next day delivery, I made sure someone was at home the next day to receive delivery, I tracked the item which said it had been dispatched, I still have not revived the item, I emailed Boohoo who said that the item had been delivered, this is a lie, they said the parcel had been left outside in a safe place, then in another email they said the item was left with a neighbour, I have checked absolutely everywhere including the neighbours, when I tracked it online again it still said dispatched.
This company are scammers, they have dismissed the case and have not offered me a refund or and compensation, I have lost out on my hard earned £15, I am soo annoyed that they would accuse me of being dis-honest about deceiving the item
Something needs to be done as they are doing the same thing to a lot of people according to forums
The delivery company used to deliver my item was DX which do not usually deliver when I have used them in the past, please help me as I do not know what else to do
Ps. I have contacted Watchdog and am awaiting a response.
