Infected my mother-in-law's computer with a popup malware (with loud alarm sound), telling her to call a number for support. Duped her into starting to sign up for support and got her to allow remoting into the computer. She gave routing/account info over phone, but never sent the check to authorize payment. 1 week later they took the money via ETF fraudulently. When called they were uncooperative and refused to refund the money they stole.
