I thought i was calling Quicken, i dialed 1-855-837-9965, some dickhead named Douglas picked up the call, said he was the manager, he said he would help me and assured me they were quicken, later he transferred me to a technician named Henry, whom i could hardly understand, he said my computer had some kind of virus trojan, and that only they could fix it, they said that my computer was hacked, and they charged me $599.95 for a 5 years contract with them, but i refused to let them work on my computer and hung up. it seems they were the hacked because they deleted all my stuff from the computer. i hope they pay for my damage. BE ALERT OF THESE SUCKERS
