Paid 9.75 for free 14 day trial (shippint//handling) was told another order would be sent after the 14 day trial if not cancelled. I Cancelled, was still charged $169.25 for order...when called told me it wasn't even an additional order but paying full price for the order I had already received which was supposed to be an introductory trial for the price of shipping and handling only. they also have complaints on ripoffreport.com and other places....they don't give you a 14 day trial of the product, as stated, but start their 14 day period the minute you order even though their paperwork plainly says it takes 4-7 days to receive the order! I called in time and was still charged...they offered $22.00 rebate...contesting with bank
