I bought Toro Lawnmower Model 20371 in Sept 2013. It has 3 year warranty. The Kohler engine died twice in 2015 costing me $200 in repairs as they would not honor the warranty claiming the engine is a Kohler. The engine died again April 9. THey want me to take the mower to their fix-it dealer so that one of their people can look at it. I have no means of getting the mower to appoint 15 miles away. Plus I will not spend any more money on this garbage mower. What am I supposed to do to cut my yard while I am waiting for TORO to act? I asked for $100 in "I'm Sorry" money. TORO said no.
