They were advertising samples of their product for only 9.95 (just for shipping) for both pill bottles. I started my order on the internet, but decided I didn’t want the order (i did read EVERYTHING that was on my screen at the time). Since I had started my order but didn’t finish I received an phone call and it was a representative from them calling to persuade me to buy the pills, still not mentioning that after 14 days if they don’t receive the pills back you will be charged 169.25. Well as of today 3/15/2018 I received an email saying thanks for your purchased made. Being curious im wondering what did i order opened the email and it was them. I called the customer service number that were provided in the email, a man answered the phone apologizing and stated that he could only refund me 25% of my money back I proceeded to tell him that I want all my money back because it wasn’t bought to my attention from the internet nor the representative about the fee. & that they did NOT have my permission to take the money from my card. He then boosted the percentage up to 50% but just told me all he could do was 25% with the pills being sent back. I then asked to speak with the supervisor and he’s saying the samething with my yelling and fussing he went up to 70% with the return of the pills; while they keep 30% for a restocking fee. After a while, he told me I can keep the pills and he could only give me 70% back I agreed with this also telling him that i was going to leave a bad review on the company’s website. He then asked well maam do you want me to send you over to cooperate, they might be able to raise your refund percentage. Hold on wait , there’s a catch but the automatically charge an 25-45$ fee just for this request. WTF, and why the fuck would I pay to speak with cooperate and there’s a chance that they’re not going to raise the percentage so im gonna be losing an additional 25/45$ and did I forget to mention the wait time 21-35 days for all this to process. After raising a good amount of hell I told John to process my 70% back and he told me I can keep the pills, he’s keeping 30% and I told him that, that’s fine im just going to leave a bad review. This is something I normally don’t do but do NOT order anything from this company unless you want your money being played with and nobody wants that. This is an SCAM!
