This website is set up to look exactly like the USPS change of address form except that they charge you 1.95 to "process" the change of address through to the USPS and another $38.00 for "other items". I didn't realize it until it was charged to my account. I did call them (but had to get the phone number from my bank, it's not listed on the site) at 855-243-1647. They will only process the $38 scam fee but it will take up to 15 days!!! What a scam!
