I am retired and thought this would be a good way to earn money. Well, it was a good way, until I find out that I cannot get my money. Some have been in process for 2 months, I contact the company to find out how I could speed things up. I have receipts for items purchased, etc. I cannot get an answer. They claim to have a customer service 'chat' on their website, have yet to see them.
Would be glad to know who I can contact to settle the matter.
