A warning urgent msg popped up on my screen saying I may have a virus that can take all my details. Thinking this msg was coming from apple mac as it popped up in a safari warning window. I rang the number on there and got very helpful pleseant people on the other end they proceeded to tell me I didnt have just a virus but I had a NETWORK virus which is way worse coz all your details are at risk. .Here I am freaking out on my own with my sick 12 month old son crying next to me while they proceeded to tell me itll cpst me 499.95us they would fix it all they gaurenteed 4 yrs of free service and that a mac techician will fix it. I gave them access to my computer they flicked things around getting ridnof things adding thigs god knows what and installed a virus protector. Used up $50 wworth of credit doing it. I turned my computer on today and is now not working.. I googled rhe company found lots of complaints and ppl saying its a scam. I rang bank cancelled card.. they couldnt see any charges yet so hoping we caught it, they said it could take up to 5 days to process.. this upsets me so much they even have the nerve at christmas time while they can hear my son crying on the phone. It has to be stopped! Do not trust vsupport llc!
