Same as others. Got code with new HP 2 in 1 for installation of Office.
Called for support which appeared to be Microsoft support.
Asked for $200 to fix with online support service.
After installation realized this was a scam. Stopped payment on credit card.
HOW CAN BEST BUY GIVE THESE PHONY CARDS OUT WITH NEW COMPUTERS? They are part of the problem for not vetting.
