WE got online and order 2 Dead and Company tickets totally 245.00 from this company. The night of the show the box office said they had no such ticket order for us and we had to buy 2 more tickets for 204.00. When we contacted the customer service number while at the Venue in Broomfield Colorado they told us we never made an account. No where in the confirmation we got by email from the company did they ever say there was another step. Our confirmation stated all we had to do was go to the venue and show our credit card. They refused to refund our money or help us. I will do everything in my power to advertise this company's scam and make sure no one I know or have contact with on social media knows not to trust or use this company. Luckily we had enough money to buy 2 more tickets or it would have been an extremely disappointing evening but two tickets to the Dead and Company's show on November 25 cost us 459.oo dollars.
