I am a single mom with two babies one of which wears diapers and this company stole $94.31 from my account. Thus leaving me with under $3. I couldn't even buy my babies diapers so he went without. All this because i ordered free trials for smileprodirect then bella@home which were sent together by the way and they say they're not connected to each other. So I canceled and called they said they would only give35% back to me, then they said 60%, it should have been 100% of my money back. It was never authorized for the taking... My CONSENT was never given for $94.31 to be taken(STOLEN)from my account. So in closing I feel used and left without just from suposedly only paying a shipping and handling fee...This company is misleading, full of thiefs(robbery), dishonest(wheres the integrity), and just plain wrong in what they are doing... Someone should investigate these two companies to see the underLIEing problems going on here especially with smileprodirect... They are obviously CON ARTISTS.... Thank you and have a nice day.
Sincerely,
A Single mother who
got taken advantage
of by a company who
says theyre trying
to give a deal
