I bought a trial tooth whitening product online and was first charged 1.03 on 5/12/14. On 5/13/14 I was charged another 3.87, then I was charged 94.31 on 5/19/14. This charge resulted in a $20 charge by my bank because I was not expecting to be charged by BTSMILE*PRO. I received the trial along with a regular package of the product together on 5/16/14. When I called the company I was told they could refund 30% and cancel further shipments. This is not acceptable. They then offered to refund 50%. Again I said this was not acceptable as I do not want the full product and haven't had a chance to even try the trial size. She claimed that was the most she could do, so I askedfor her supervisor. This took about five minutes or more. He made the same offer and eventually offered 75% refund if I returned the product , without damage, at my own expense. I said I wanted a full refund if I was returning it at myown expense but he said I have two options: accept a 50% refund and keep it, or accept 75% and return it. I said that was like stealing 25% of my money and giving me nothing for it. I said I was going to return it, but that I did not agree to the terms. I asked him to put in the record that I did not agree to 75% and requested a full refund. I said that I would pursue other remedies and complaint processes, because their policies are immoral.
