I signed up for a sample of the product to pay only shipping and handling. Noticed difference in bank account today from what it should be. Found out SmileProdirect had charged my account for not only the shipping and handling but for a months supply of their product, of which I have not even received the sample. Called them and was told I could not have my money back! Post office has been notified and package will be sent back unaccepted whenever it gets here. I had cancelled the order of free product on line when I read there would be a monthly charge. They have chosen to ignore this.
