Trying to download skype, their company add came up and would not close. I called the phone number and this "helpful" person showed me the problem was a malware something that was destroying my computer brain. He could fix it now remotely for $299.95 and unplugging my computer and waiting to have it repaired would only let the virus or maleware work off the battery and would not stop the corruption. It was a now or never situation. I could not get my computer to respond at that point so I let them "work" on it. Today it took a long time to come on. I get pop-ups while i'm on a screen, including one for my bank. I can not get on internet explorer. I don't know what else they have done to it.
