My grandfather clicked on this company's pop-up and they told him they could fix his computer problems for $49. As they started "working" then told him it would cost $299.99 for them actually complete the work - at that point he didn't feel like he had a choice and they talked him into them fixing it as if they were his best and only option. Then they charged him another $50 to add a security feature. He could have bought a new computer at this point that was faster. DO NOT use this company. They are charging an outrageous amount of money from people to fix what any computer tech could fix for little to nothing ($50-100) compared to what they are charging. I am now calling on his behalf to get his money refunded. Be persistent if you need a refund.
