I was having computer problems and saw a pop up ad for help with resolving computer problems. Stupidly, I called them and let them have control of my laptop. I'm not sure if they really helped me or not because I continued to have problems. I called them several times and let them control my laptop. They assured me that they would never contact me that all contact had to be coming from my end. Now they are harrassing us, calling constantly, telling us we have problems and our computer is going to crash, telling us they owe us money and need control of our computer so they can credit us with the money. We have told them numerous times that we will not give them control of our computer. Sometimes the person calling will use foul language because we won't let them do what they want. One even called my husband a M F. I only have one name written down that I talked to. It is Rajat Sharma. We have considered the money a loss and written it off as not being cautious enough about getting scammed. At this point, we just want them to stop calling us. We will get two or three calls a day from them and then a space of a week or so and then it starts again. They won't leave a message on our answering machine. It would be wonderful to get the money back but the biggest thing is that we want then to stop calling us. Thank you, Joe and Brenda Estes
