I was unable to access my Outlook email account so I contacted microsoft via the internet to address the problem. They said that my computer had been hacked into and that I would need to wait for 30 days before they could get my email fixed. They said they couldn't fix the problem.They transferred me to omni tech where a representative kept me on line for 4 hours while he was supposedly fixing the problem. The computer is operating worse than before. I was charged a senior discount of $119.99 for the repair which isn't fixed. The computer operates worse than before
