called Microsoft because of microsoft office issue, they connected me to Omni tech, this is a new computer and after a few minutes with the tech he said my computer needed work and upgrades he offered to fix all problems for 169.99, after that I told him I would return the computer and ask for a refund from microsoft, he then said I didn't need to return the computer that he would fix it for 99.99 I said I also had norton security and would be returning computer before I paid more money, he they disconnected. I ran a security check on my new computer and it found 33 infected files. I will never use this company again, and I hope no one else does.
