Purchased hotel vouchers for 14 nights stay, at selected hotels anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, valid for 2 years, only have to purchase 2 meals per day, or pay a surcharge. Never received vouchers, have contacted company at least 11 times. They told me that they have sent the vouchers by post 3 times, yet I have not received anything, not even the "welcome letter". After the first 3 promises of having sent the vouchers, they have not replied to any of my emails. Totally ripped off!
