My husband was booked a health and safety test on a day that the test centre was closed. Took forever to get any help. Phone was put down on me on many occasions. When applied for the card recieved no advice. This could be done directly with CSCS. Paid £4.99 as had to resubmit application as information was missing, they sent the original incomplete application son my husband was refused his card. No-one can help. Only get to speak to someone when they want money. Refused to give the name of a manager for me to write a letter of complaint. Do not deal with this company. You can do it by yourself.

Booked my basic cscs test yesterday And was sent 3 different times/dates for the test ?? Censura will not advise me in any way & They will not confirm my acctual date!! I tried to Phone Censura and have the phone put down on me repeatedly and also the attitude was a disgrace
You do not take your business seriously YOU ARE JUST A FRAUDULENT RIP OFF COMPANY THAT HAS NO REGARD FOR YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS
I HAVE ALSO FOUND MANY MANY WEBSITE COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS -

I was ripped off by this censura consulting last week
Did not want to help in any way
Rude and put the phone down on you when trying to resolve
Found many many websites complaining about this company
