They are a bad company. I to have had problems. I booked the cscs package and the way it is adverised is very mis-leading i did not realise the card was not included. I also bought the e-revision books but there is no link on their website that allows me to log in and access these products. I agree they are a rip-off company. They also refuse point blank to any refund. Is this lawfull??
