Requested the assistance of Jesse Baker, a eBay Trading Assistant
to sell my Versa Climber, which was sold for $1.025.00 as I received a summary statement from e Bay, validating the sale.
He sent several E-Mails to my home validating the sale and assuring me that my share of the proceeds " was in the mail "; this entire matter commenced in August, 2011. Repeated calls to e Bay are of no value, given that e Bay assumes no monitoring of these assistants, and assumes no liability for their actions.Basically, you are at the mercy of small claims court in resolving these acts of fraud perpetuated on the least wealthy population of America.
