International boundaries

Ordered a sample of 2 products and agreed to shipping charges with no further commitment. This was on April 22, 2014. On May 7th a cost of 169.90 was posted on my credit card. When I called the company they were only willing to offer me half back if I continued ordering products and called again later in May. When I refused they said that was all they could do. A follow up call came on May 15th, my call was on the 14th. Also an email saying they were not going to ship any further products to me and that I was not longer a "member". Phone number...800-643-4959. I hope something can be done to keep future "suckers" from trusting their ads online.
