I was on a website looking for something to order, and this add popped up from Lumanelle!I thought, sure I will try it for $4.95!Well, don't know if it works that good, the pump on the bottle never worked!I was annoyed, but thought it wasn't that expensive but it didn't matter!Then, a few days ago I get another bottle in the mail!I didn't know I had a membership or how much this crap even cost.So I checked by bank account, they charged my card the $4.95, A couple of weeks later, $89.95,so they charged me the full price and the $4.95 for that one bottle, which was supposed to be the trial!Then, they also charged me for this other bottle!I called the company and went through an automated thing to cancel it!Then I sent the second bottle back with a note to refund my account!!I hope I can at least get part of my money back!!What a bunch of crooks!!
