I did a survey for Verizon and it said I won a special gift. This was one of the choices and it was 5.00 so why not? Then after recieving the product I looked them up online and found out I might be enrolled monthly. Good thing I checked this site, when i called the number on the pamphlet it immediately gave me choices to unenroll (which I didn't know I was) and all of which cost between 37.00 and 90.00 unless i send back the procuct and pay for shipping. I'm sending back the Lumina Repair tomorrow and shipping should be around $4.00. I'm also changing my credit card just to be sure.
